ஆகாஷ் வறுத்த சேமியாவை தேவையான அளவு தண்ணீரில் 1 நிமிடம் ஊற வைக்கவும். பின்பு தண்ணீரை வடித்து விட்டு 5 நிமிடம் ஆவியில் வேக வைக்கவும்.
காரம்:
ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் 4 டீஸ்பூன் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி உளுத்தம் பருப்பு, கடுகு தாளித்து, வெங்காயம், தக்காளி, பச்சை மிளகாய் மற்றும் சிறிதளவு உப்பு சேர்த்து சேமியாவை சேர்த்து வதக்கி சூடாக இறக்கி பரிமாறவும்.
இனிப்பு:
வேக வைத்த சேமியாவுடன் தேவையான அளவு தேங்காய் துருவல், சர்க்கரை, ஏலக்காய் சேர்த்து கிளறி சூடாக இறக்கி பரிமாறவும்.
Immerse the Akash Roasted Vermicelli in water for 2 minutes. Then drain the entire water and steam-cook the Vermicelli like Idly for five minutes.
SPICY:
Heat Oil in a pan, add mustard black gram dhal & fry for a few seconds. Then add tomato, onion, green chilli & salt fry well. And mix with steam-cooked Vermicelli, gramish with curry leaves & serve hot.
SWEET:
Add sugar, cardamom & coconut to the already steam-cooked Vermicelli and fry it for few seconds. Now your sweet Vermicelli is ready to serve.

– एक पैन में तेल गर्म करें, उसमें सरसों उड़द दाल डालें और कुछ सेकेंड तक भूनें. – फिर इसमें टमाटर, प्याज, हरी मिर्च और नमक डालकर अच्छे से भून लें. और भाप में पकाई हुई सेवई, करी पत्ते के साथ बेसन मिलाएं और गरमागरम परोसें।
मिठाई:
पहले से ही भाप में पकी हुई सेवई में चीनी, इलायची और नारियल डालें और कुछ सेकंड के लिए भूनें। अब आपकी मीठी सेवई परोसने के लिए तैयार है।
